Registration for Soul Village will open in May, 2024

Fees:

Adults: $385

Children: $260

Work Exchange: $180

Please Note:

There are no discounts for partial attendance and no single or two-day passes. Please do not ask. We want everyone coming to attend the whole event.

Cancellations:

If you cancel prior to September first, you can receive a 50% refund of your fee. After September first, we can refund you 50%, if we can fill your spot. Your ticket is not transferrable. If you have a last minute illness, please contact us about your cancellation.

Illness Policy:

If you have respiratory symptoms or other contagious illness, please do not attend Soul Village. The recent pandemic has taught us that protecting others from colds, flu or covid can make a big difference. It may be disappointing to miss your chance to come to Soul Village, but if you are sick, the ethical and loving thing to do is stay home. Please contact us about a refund under these conditions.

Bad Weather:

If we cancel the event due to bad weather
or other unforeseen factors:
Full refund minus $50

We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. It includes a provision that we retain $50 of your fee if we have to cancel the event. This provision is designed to cover our expenses in case bad weather or fires, or other circumstances that may prevent us from hosting the gathering. We need this cost-sharing policy to protect us from a financial loss. Sharing this risk with you makes hosting this gathering sustainable for us.

Scholarships:

We gladly accept donations to our scholarship fund, which provides financial assistance to help members of under-represented groups attend Soul Village. If you would like to apply for a scholarship, please contact the registrar.<
